This is driving me crazy trying to fix it!! I'm not a computer genius, so please keep any answer relatively simple for me please. The only 3rd party security software I have is Norton. Has anyone had this issue and found a way to get around it? The reason I think it's the Norton software causing this issue is because while I was trying to open an Epson Installer program also downloaded, it told me that the software was blocked by 3rd party security software. Really? I thought as it's my personal laptop I would be the administrator!! I've tried various ways to get around this issue mentioned on the internet, but to no success. ![]() It also says, "An administrator has blocked you from using this app". "This app has been blocked for your protection". However when I've tried to do this, all I get is a pop up window stating Epson advised that they no longer manufacture the CD drivers for this printer and recommended that I downloaded an "Inbox driver" from their website on to my laptop to allow me to use the printer from it. I have already installed Norton 360 on to this laptop. I want to load the driver on to a new laptop I recently bought with Windows 10. I have an old Epson R300 Stylus Photo printer which I have foolishly mislaid the CD printer driver that came with it. ![]()
